SourDough Proofing Basket, Monkey Lame, & Dutch Oven Kit 
 
Shape: A round bowl (possible to swap for oval, use Q&A).
 
We have been enjoying making sourdough loaves for some time now. This kit is a sort of almost everything-you-need kit. See pictures for some of the loaves we have made using our set. Easy and great finish. :)
 
Comes with the following:
1 x Enamel Red Dutch Oven. 
1 x Round Proofing Basket
1 x Monkey Lame (with 5 blades & cover)
1 x Plastic Dough Cutter
1 x Metal Dough Cutter
1 x Linen Liner/Cover Cloth

Proofing Basket: 
- Measures 75mm tall, 150mm wide, 245mm long.
- Natural rattan bowl, smooth no splinter surface.
- Easy to use and clean.
- Moisture wicking for a crispy round crust.
Enamel Pot: 
- Cast Iron with enamel finish. 
- Around 5kg. 
- Dimentions: 30.5 x 24 x 10.5CM
    - 30.5cm handle outside edges.
    - 24cm outside diameter of the bowl. 
    - 10.5cm height without lid. 
(Done by hand, please allow for some margin of error). 
- Volume a little over 4L.
