Shipping
We’re a small, hands-on business, and we aim to dispatch all orders on the same or next working day. Please allow for some delays around holiday periods. We are generally away for two weeks over the Christmas and New Year period.
Orders are sent from Auckland, and we’ll keep you updated with tracking information once your parcel is on the move.
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Please note Rural addresses will take slightly longer
We use NZ Post for 99% of our orders, reach out if you would rather we used another courier!
Authority to Leave is granted in all items, unless you request signature.
Returns
We want you to love your sourdough gear.
If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We can often solve issues with images over email, otherwise return the item to us.

If the item is faulty, we’ll issue a refund or replacement based on your preference.
